TM Software is pleased to announced that we started to provide a BIM-linked add-in for Tenkai Pro product series.From January 15th, 2022 we will provide a service with charge for converting BIM data created with Autodesk Revit software to TM Software’s Tenkai Pro(software for creating formwork drawings) in Japan.
※ You need to sign a license agreement with the company to use the service.
We operate it as conversion service for the time being in order to provide appropriate technical support. We also plan to sell it as add-in software in the future.
By installing add-in, you can create a file linked with construction drawings created by BIM.
This will improve productivity through business collaboration using BIM models, from the creation of formwork development drawings for building projects to assembly and construction, and is expected to improve work efficiency for the entire project.
In Japan, there is a serious shortage of engineers, and there is a need to further improve productivity in the construction and manufacturing industries. Particularly in construction industry, in order to address issues such as productivity improvement, technology transfer, work style reform, and resource issues, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism is accelerating BIM initiatives throughout the entire industry.
The industry as a whole is accelerating its efforts to promote the use of BIM information to improve productivity and create added value. We hope to create a BIM-centered workflow by utilizing BIM data in the formwork creation process as well.

By importing this file into the linked software, it is possible to create data for our development drawing software and estimation software.

It was necessary to input data into the formwork development drawing software . (1 to 2 hours per 1,000 m2).-

You are able to divide panels and separators using Tenkai_Pro.

You can instantly convert the data to NC data with a dedicated button on the development drawing software.-

The figure converted to NC data is automatically nested with the nesting software. (Nesting with good yield in the control panel)
